- Min Diploma holder with good writing and communication skills • Competent in Records Management (RM) or Knowledge Management (KM) operations with good knowledge in government's Instruction Manual in RM • Is a responsible team player who is organised, meticulous, self-motivated and has initiative • Able to work well with people at all levels and diverse groups from different organizations • Able to work in a team as well as independently, when required • Able to work within tight deadlines • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
