Roles & Responsibilities

Performing the role of Technical Controller under BCA regulations

Updating of Company Profile (Project References) with ongoing & completed projects with projected or actual amount

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with P.M for viewing of job sites/work access prior to materials & machinery moblization
  • Coordinate of P.M on the quantity & type of materials and type of machinery (vibro-piler or silent piler)
  • Coordinate with P.M & WSHC on the manpower requirement & deployment
  • Coordinate with WSHC on the Safety induction as per Clients' requirements
  • Attendance of Weekly Site Progress Meeting with Clients where required
  • Arrangement of transportation for materials, machines & equipment
  • Arrangment of daily manpower movement
  • Coordination on site progress & conditons
  • To carry out other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’ Level, ‘O’ Level, ITE, Diploma, Trade Certs or equivalent.
  • Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Required skills(s): MS Excel and MS Word
  • Prefer with experience working with Construction Works.
  • Job seeker without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
