- Track expenses, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
- Assess vendor performance and ensure services meet the organization's quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between facilities management and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide senior management with regular updates and reports on facilities performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with internal departments to establish and improve security boundary control.
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement best practices.
- Manage lessons learned and apply them to future development specifications.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree/Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in facilities management and engineering with at least 10 years in a senior leadership/supervisory role.
- Expertise in project management, budget oversight and cost analytical & management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Able to prioritize and solve operational issues in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage large-scale projects and facilities, in particular utilities management in energy, water, waste and district cooling systems.
- Familiar with sustainability and de-carbonization reporting.
- Experienced in Building FSM, WSH ISO45K Certification, BCA Green Mark Certification and FM Global requirements.
