For one of our clients, a major EPC player. we are currently looking for a Project Director (EPC) with a strong background in Data Centres to be based in Singapore!Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of complex data centre projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from conceptualization and front-end engineering design (FEED) to commissioning and operational handover.
  • Provide strategic leadership in managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes, ensuring seamless integration across all phases of project execution.
  • Oversee the development of project scopes, objectives, and execution plans, aligning them with client requirements, budgetary constraints, and schedules.
  • Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines to drive project success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of data centre requirements, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), IT infrastructure, power distribution, and cooling systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully guiding multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
