Roles and Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (hardware & software), including remote support.
  • Provide daily tech support and assist clients with adding hardware and applications as needed.
  • Handle system monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades for computers and servers.
  • Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and perform basic repairs or part replacements.
  • Escalate complex issues as per the escalation process.
  • Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance for hardware and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to identify and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
  • Work closely with customers to address service concerns and technical problems.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Perform Install / Move / Add / Change (IMAC) activities as assigned.
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth shift handovers.

Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in providing Desktop Support
  • Basic network troubleshooting for desktops/laptops (LAN & Wi-Fi).
  • Fundamental understanding of Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of switches and servers.
  • Experience with image deployment for laptops and desktops.
