Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (hardware & software), including remote support.
- Provide daily tech support and assist clients with adding hardware and applications as needed.
- Handle system monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades for computers and servers.
- Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and perform basic repairs or part replacements.
- Escalate complex issues as per the escalation process.
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance for hardware and IT systems.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to identify and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
- Work closely with customers to address service concerns and technical problems.
- Coordinate with the technical team for advanced troubleshooting.
- Perform Install / Move / Add / Change (IMAC) activities as assigned.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth shift handovers.
Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in providing Desktop Support
- Basic network troubleshooting for desktops/laptops (LAN & Wi-Fi).
- Fundamental understanding of Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of switches and servers.
- Experience with image deployment for laptops and desktops.
