  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Lead and manage a team of data professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance and collaboration • Develop and implement data strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring the effective utilization of data for business insights and decision-making, while aligning with Whole-of-Government (WOG) directions and initiatives. • Oversee data operations, including data collection, storage, processing, and analysis, to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Engage Whole-of-Government stakeholders such as the UEN Issuance Agency and Work closely with UEN Issuance agencies to facilitate the accurate and timely issuance of Unique Entity Number • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of UEN data records, overseeing the registration and management of UENs to support the identification and classification of entities within the WOG ecosystem. • Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality management, and data-driven decision-making across the organization • Monitor and evaluate the performance of data initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure alignment with Whole-of-Government (WOG) data strategies and initiatives • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in data operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness in data management and utilization • Monitor data quality and KPIs to drive continuous improvement • Oversee management of electronic interfaces, including SFTP, APIs, and ensuring compliance with SGDRM standards. Monitor performance, maintain documentation, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for electronic interface management. Engage Whole-of-Government stakeholders such as the UEN Issuance Agency and DOS TC. • Develop and future proof ACRA data policies and implement a comprehensive data governance framework adopting the approved data policies, standards, and metrics to enhance data management effectiveness and compliance • Lead the process improvement areas to streamline data handling processes, significantly improving data quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency
What we are looking for:
  • Professional qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. • Proficiency in data management tools, database systems, and data visualization platforms. • Proven experience in data management, data strategy and policy formulation role, with a strong understanding of data operations, governance, and analytics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and operational plans
