They are currently expanding their investor relations team and looking to hire a VP with a demonstrable track record of raising capital from both institutional and private wealth clients for private equity products. This role is based in Singapore. What the job involves
  • Take responsibility for developing new and manage existing investors across SEA, Australia and Greater China
  • Oversee the launch and project management of specific investment strategies, contributing to marketing planning, pre-marketing and fund launches
  • Lead the preparation of key fundraising materials: PPMs, DDQs, track record and any other necessary investor relations documentation
  • Ensure smooth running of investor diligence and onboarding for the specific investment strategy
  • Oversee work on the content for AGMs and advisory board meetings
  • Interact with all areas of the business to ensure successful delivery of service to investors
  • Coordinate and lead roadshows
  • Lead due diligence meetings with investors
Who we are looking for
  • Background in investor relations/fundraising/private markets sales within a private market's investment firm or a placement agent
  • Proven ability to lead and work with client-facing teams and directly with investors
  • Proven fundraising track record for private markets products and funds
  • Confident communicator; flawless written and verbal English and an Asian language.
  • Ability to formulate and implement solutions and respond to inquiries with minimal guidance, structure and supervision
  • Strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A meticulous attention to detail; ability to document workflows, policies and procedures
  • Proactive, motivated self-starter, results-oriented; creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong academic track record
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong team orientation
  • Experience working in a global business environment with diverse cultures
