JOB ROLE
This position is responsible for the daily operation of all pantry services projects, ensuring quality customer service and a smooth and efficient fulfilment process.

As a Fulfilment Specialist, your skills in order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination will be used to streamline our fulfilment operations. You manage the entire process - from pick and pack orders at the warehouse to the order being delivered to the customer, including restocking at customer offices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders and coordinate with the sales team on customer’s order
  • Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items
  • Pack orders securely, adhering to specific packing instructions
  • Receive and check accuracy of incoming shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stocktake
  • Maintenance of pantry including displaying, organising, and replenishing pantry items such as biscuits, snacks and drinks (including dispenser, tetra packs and canned drinks)
  • Cleaning of pantry areas including utensils and equipment, and disposal of rubbish from pantry
  • Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE “N” Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Must have hands-on experience in Warehouse/Logistics Operations
  • Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with customers
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Physically fit and must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Detailed and meticulous with ability to organise and prioritise
  • Preferably possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
