- Lead assigned projects independently, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze buying effectiveness (e.g., cost-saving strategies) to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders on key strategic business initiatives.
- Extract, analyze, and prepare weekly reports for senior management review.
- Promote a culture of learning, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing across internal and external teams.
- Undertake ad hoc projects or duties as required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in commercial roles within the FMCG industry, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end buy to-sell process being a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
