- Oversee administrative tasks crucial to the branch's daily operations, including procurement and project logistics
- Post-graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Veterinary Science, Biological Sciences, Public Health or a closely related field.
- Working or research experience applying advanced data analytics and predictive modelling in public health or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and machine learning applications for health-related data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and other statistical software for data analysis and modelling.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms.
- Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with GIS and spatial analysis tools.
- Understanding of epidemiology, animal health, or related biological sciences is highly desirable.
- Experience in public health surveillance systems or animal health monitoring is a plus.
