Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh diploma holders to join our HR & Payroll Outsourcing team as HR Generalists. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will assist our clients with HR administrative functions, including recruitment, pre-onboarding, onboarding, and exit processes. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Support background checks and reference verifications.

2. Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding:

  • Help prepare pre-employment documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Assist in organizing onboarding sessions for new hires, including orientation and policy briefings.
  • Update employee records in HR systems with guidance from senior team members.

3. HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Respond to basic HR-related queries from employees and clients.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.

4. Exit Management:

  • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Ensure all exit documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Learn and adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports for clients or internal stakeholders.

6. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build positive relationships with client contacts under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Provide proactive support to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
