Job Description
• Oversee sales support processes and ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Handle quotations, correspondence, faxes, SOPs, and sales inquiries (phone/counter) as needed.
• Update GRNs to Purchase Orders and coordinate submissions to the Finance Department for payment.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders for stock ordering, inter-department requisitions, and local sourcing for replacement bearings.
• Generate various department reports, including Purchases, Sales, Stock Orders, Vessel details, and sales incentives.
• Maintain and update sales and purchasing prices, discounts, and the Parts Master file.
• Liaise with principals on order status, deliveries, claims, and provide monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
• Min ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be proficiency in Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with SAP (MM) is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused, team player, and detail-oriented.
