  • Achieving business development in accordance with business goals so as to deliver maximum margin
  • To be accountable for new and potential customer/business revenue with high impact to the overall profitability of the Company
  • Make accurate decisions, recommendations and successful establishment of new businesses
  • To proactively identify and develop win-win sales relationship with new and potential customers
  • To provide customers specific advice/information to BD Director to facilitate business performance review, evaluation and budgeting
  • To provide support to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing strategy and directives
  • To develop assigned vertical market and achieve set goals by DHL
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need to have the following competencies / experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Logistics preferred
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in the supply chain industry
  • Experience in Key Accounts Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization
