Grow Through Learning Pte Ltd is a Math learning centre for 4 - 12 year old students, specialising in making concepts easier for students to understand through fun and interactive activities.

Teacher Role:
- Understand & assess student’s conceptual understanding, interests and gaps.
- Plan and coach them with engaging lesson plans.
- Develop a positive and encouraging classroom environment.
- Build strong rapport and relationships with students and parents.
- Monitor student’s learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Share and discuss curriculum planning, teaching pedagogy and methods.
- Support and cover teachers who are absent.
Centre Manager Role
- Support in all duties necessary for the smooth day to day running of centre operations.
- Build strong rapport and relationships with fellow teachers, parents and students.
- Respond promptly to new enquiries from parents, with understanding of the centre’s curriculum and classes.
- Manage the scheduling of lessons and trial classes effectively.
- Proactive in listening and resolving customer issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
Requirements
- Cheerful personality and passionate about working with teachers, parents and students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Competence and interest in Mathematics. Understanding of the MOE syllabus will be an advantage.
- Well organized, meticulous and responsible
- Willing to learn with a positive attitude
- Committed to a permanent stint at the centre
- Working at least 3 weekdays and Saturdays and Sundays
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Any 3 weekdays and Saturday & Sunday
· Mon: 1130am – 730pm
· Tues: 1130am – 730pm
· Wed: 1130am – 730pm
· Thurs: 1130am – 730pm
· Fri: 1130am – 730pm
· Sat: 9am- 5pm
· Sun: 9am – 5pm
