About The Job
Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions, Scholarships, and Financial Aid, you will lead the admissions evaluation processes for INSEAD’s Degree Programmes and serve as a key member of the Admissions & Financial Aid leadership team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to identify and select high-caliber students from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives. Additionally, you will also recommend admissions targets and train the admissions team and file reviewers to effectively apply these strategies, ensuring the achievement of established goals.

About The Job

Your role within the team
- Manage, develop and coach a team of Admissions Managers, and File readers (external contractors)
- Foster a safe space to generate new ideas and conceive opportunities to innovate within the admissions space, ensuring INSEAD continues to offer a world class evaluation process.
- Establish a selection strategy to evaluate applicants in an efficient, robust and fair manner. Adjust the admissions criteria when needed. Contribute to the initiatives to maximise enrolment on specific populations (women & Africa).
- Regularly analyse data and market trends, to inform Admissions Committee members and adjust the strategy.
- Able to tactfully and appropriately counsel applicants as well as provide feedback to interviewers and panelists.
- Represent INSEAD in Marketing and Recruitment events in person either on our Europe & Asia campus or abroad, to counsel and guide prospective students.
- Ensure team delivers a smooth, efficient and fair evaluation process to 3000+ applicants per year for all Degree Programmes, with focus on either Part time or Full time programmes e.g. MBA, MIM, GEMBA. This involves evaluating applicant credentials from extremely diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Financial Aid and team to evaluate scholarship applications.
- Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 10 years experience in HR, admissions or recruitment activities.
- Lead a team where professionalism is key to success. We are looking for a team leader who not only demonstrates expertise in their field but also empowers their team to perform at their best every day.
- Demonstrate integrity by making decisions that are ethical, transparent, and in line with organisational values.
- Ability to analyse different set of data & design strategies to maximise enrolments.
- Strong evaluation skills to fairly assess the personal and professional achievements of applicants.
- Strong knowledge of the current market and industry trends/standards.
- Display strong management, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle several projects in parallel and meet application deadlines.
- Discretion as dealing with sensitive & confidential data.
