As a Pharmacist focusing on Regulatory & Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical drugs and health supplements meet quality standards and are effectively distributed to meet customer needs. This role involves handling product registrations, liaising with various stakeholders, as well as managing daily operational tasks to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory compliance and product registrations: Handle licenses and product listings in Singapore and overseas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enable market access for business growth
  • Quality assurance and operational efficiency: Develop safety and quality control protocols to ensure product integrity, operational stability and optimal conditions of warehouse
  • Inventory management and product development: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment by working closely internally and with existing/new suppliers to achieve greater supply chain optimisation, cost savings and product line expansion
  • Customer engagement and relationship building: Manage communication channels by responding to orders/enquiries, analysing data, conducting outreach and leveraging opportunities to attain greater customer satisfaction, retention and product penetration
  • Process improvement and documentation: Learn about various aspects of the business and work closely with the different teams to optimise and document processes as well as execute initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy holding a valid Pharmacist license with Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • Experience in Product Registrations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management and/or Operations within the healthcare industry will be useful
  • Strong ability to work with SAP Business One and Excel, comfortable with data-driven analysis and decision making
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised, possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, passionate about advocating for both pharmaceutical drugs and health supplements
