Deployment:
- Technician 1: Mon to Fri: 9 am to 5.30 pm
- Technician 2: Mon to Fri: 1.30 am to 10 pm
Scope of Works:
- Carrying out routine maintenance checks and servicing to common area’s facilities: light fittings, generators, switchboard panels, swimming pool system, domestic water supply system, tennis & squash courts, playground, exercise stations, barbecue hut, etc;
- Attending to residents’ job requests/complaints eg. chokage, seepage, electrical power failure, etc;
- Attending to after-office-hour emergencies affecting common property eg. Power failure, flooding, fire, etc;
- Providing feedback to MCST through works reports, job requests, works summaries, and checklists;
- Carry out minor repairs to faults in building services, installations, and facilities;
- Clearing chokes in sewage pipes and manholes as required;
- Repairing and replacing sanitary/plumbing fittings & pipes as required;
- Supervising contractors carrying out minor repairs to common property;
- Supervising term contractors in carrying out regular maintenance & servicing (including repair works to security systems, fire protection systems, lift systems, pest control, etc)
- Assisting the Property Officer/Executive/ Operation Manager, etc in the inventory control of stock items including the purchase and replenishment as and when the need arises;
- Other duties as assigned.
