Our client, a Singapore-based company specializing in innovative machine vision and fiber optics technologies, is seeking an Import Export Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Job Overview and Responsibilities:
- Receive goods by FedEx/DHL/Forwarder/etc., check and record with photos.
- Export shipping list from SAP and prepare the goods.
- Prepare Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, and waybill for FedEx/DHL, or booking form for Forwarders, and arrange the shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and overseas customers.
- Data entry into the company ERP system.
- Monthly inventory count and report inventory differences.
- Coordinate with the China Team and Hong Kong Team via WeChat.
- Perform all office duties, including general administration.
- Other tasks as instructed by Managers.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Able to read and speak English and Mandarin fluently.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- SAP, WMS, or other IT systems experience is welcomed/preferred.
- Customs clearance, GST experience preferred.
