Associate Medical Affairs Manager (Regional) [Up to SGD10k]
Partnering closely with an international Healthcare MNC with a diverse portfolio of both pharmaceutical and medical devices, they are seeking to expand their team with a Associate Medical Affairs Manager (APAC) as part of their exponential growth. This is a highly dynamic position and the key objective is to define and implement scientific positioning and communication of products, medical devices as well as product launches across APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of business plans and scientific objectives as well as execution of measures
- Ensure the Development & implementation of therapeutic recommendations, websites and market know-how
- Ensure KOL Management and Medical Liaison for Medical Devices, e.g. treatment guidelines, reimbursement, NIS, IITs
- Carry out the development of scientific strategy to gain data (via NIS, IITs, Health Services Research) providing a basis for prescriptions, contracts, new relationships
- Support the Development of Business Unit strategies, objectives and measures
- Providing in clinic scientific training to HCP upon request
- Conduct training on scientific/medical information content at Product Informational Training events
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in health sciences (MD, MBBS) with relevant clinical experience desired
- Masters or Bachelors level degree in health sciences considered if substantial clinical, research or industry (medical/scientific role) experience in dermatology/aesthetics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regional Medical Affairs, especially in KOL engagement/training
- Mandarin proficiency to liaise with clients in Taiwan and China
- Excellent interpersonal skills for professional relationship building and networking
- Flexibility to travel overseas for work (30%)
