Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to drive our paid acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building out growth marketing channels from 0 to 1 for both web and mobile app campaigns, crafting unique messaging, content, and creatives, and being data-driven to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. You'll have the support of agencies, engineering, and design resources but will build this function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across paid channels like search, social, and display advertising.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations with an emphasis on optimizing deep funnel metrics.
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to pinpoint product opportunities that boost landing page conversions.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to maximize ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Manage attribution platforms and MMPs like Singular to ensure accurate performance tracking.
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPA, LTV, activation rate, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing significant performance marketing budgets in consumer-facing sectors.
  • Expertise in paid acquisition channels including Search, Social, Display.
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency (an SQL proficiency test will be part of the interview process).
  • Advanced knowledge of growth marketing strategies.
  • Ability to:
  • Audit existing channels, campaigns, creatives, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the data team to establish foundational dashboards and attribution systems.
  • Define and test hypotheses through creative experiments.
  • Rapidly execute and scale, with a particular focus on Social and Search channels.
