Responsibilities:

  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records
  • General office administration support and other clerical functions, including but not limited to organizing mails and filing
  • Performing administration duties
  • Assist in accounts Payable duties
  • Assist in accounts Receivable functions
  • Issuing and processing of invoice
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries, feedback and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
  • Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Prospect and promote jewellery products and our services to walk-in customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of O’Levels or Diploma or SPM Form 5
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Actively carry out competitor analysis and be updated about latest market trends
  • Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
  • Competent in computer skills
  • Create records of customers/ prospects for future references
  • Dynamic, energetic, positive, and driven to exceed targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • OJT Training provided
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)is a must and experience in using SAP software is advantageous
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Work Visa Provided
