Disicpline Support Staff Responsibilities:

  1. Assist DMs and OMs in management of students who are late for the day.
  2. Communicate with parents of students who are late for school.
  3. Update daily attendance, updating of latecoming data and other administrative data.
  4. Manage students who are sent to Student Responsibility Space (SRS).
  5. Preparation of materials and resources for the daily discipline operations.
  6. Performs duties as Discipline Duty Officer
  7. Manage the discipline Helpline.
  8. Collate data as instructed by DMs, OMs, AM and discipline teachers.
  9. Conduct search duty, escorting and monitoring students who are caught for serious offences, such as possession of contrabands etc.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  1. Warmly greet and assist visitors, providing a positive first impression.
  2. 2. Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  3. Manage and organize the reception area, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Handle inquiries from students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.

Combined Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently switch between receptionist and Disicipline duties as required.
  2. 2. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance in both roles.
  3. Provide support to other administrative functions when necessary.

Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while handling diverse responsibilities.

Requirement:

  1. Minimum qualification of GCE O Level or equivalent.
  2. Preferably be able to work with students of varying backgrounds and with disciplinary issues.
  3. Preferably have at least 3 years of experience working in a secondary school environment.
  4. Prior experience in working with special needs and/or at-risk students.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for managing data.
  6. Knowledge of data entry and basic database management for student records.
  7. Proficient in tracking student records and keep materials organized.

Duration / Working hours:

2 years contract ( 1 April 2025 to 31 Mar 2027)

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
