  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Temp Associate Executive, Corporate Communications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and gain valuable experience in the communications field.

Position Details:

  • Location: Corporate Office, Jalan Bukit Merah
  • Contract Duration: Immediate until 12 May 2025 (Maternity Coverage)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week
  • Salary: $13 per hour (open to Diploma or Degree holders)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create a variety of collaterals, including staff eDMs, clinic and patient materials, posters, and flyers.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external vendors, including designers and printing agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop visual and written content for the department.
  • Support and assist with internal and external filming and photoshoot requests.
  • Assist with the logistics and setup for corporate events such as media briefings, clinic visits, staff town halls, and event launches.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A creative individual with experience in creating visuals, preferably using Canva.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, or video editing software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
