Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of tunneling projects utilizing Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM).
Oversee all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure that safety, quality, and regulatory standards are maintained throughout the project.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to all electrical operations.
Provide technical support and mentorship to the team throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve engineering designs and technical specifications.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, with a focus on tunneling and underground projects.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM).
Proven experience managing large-scale tunneling projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and equipment used in TBMs.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international or multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
