Our client is a leading European Shipowner and are expanding rapidly in the region. They are currently looking to hire who possesses excellent working attitude and has an appetite for continuous learning and development to join their expanding team and working closely with the leadership team in Singapore to help in various aspects of HR.

The Executive / Senior Executive (Human Resources) role is designed to provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation. This dynamic position covers a broad spectrum of HR functions such as strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development as well as essential HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR system management. Role assignments may vary for each incumbent, blending strategic, operational, and specialised responsibilities according to organisational needs.

Primary Responsibility

Business Partnering

Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and providing guidance on HR policies, organizational changes, and conflict resolution. It also includes driving employee engagement and development initiatives, including training needs analysis

HR Operations

Manages the full employee lifecycle, oversees payroll processing and benefits administration, maintains the HR system, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements, including work pass applications and government surveys

  • Specialisation will include talent acquisition, learning and development as well as projects and assignments.
