They are currently seeking an Assistant Commercial Development Manager for Southeast Asia. This role is designed to support the Head of Commercial Development Southeast Asia by driving commercial development within the region.
What You'll Do
As an Assistant Commercial Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Commercial Development Southeast Asia in driving commercial development within the region. You will be involved in various aspects of the business from reviewing weekly forecasts with the Country sales and supply chain team to managing execution plan monitoring including campaign analysis. Your role will also involve collecting and analysing information on market competition, ensuring compliance to promotional guidelines, managing trade spend accrual process, and designing an ROI framework.
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Commercial Development Manager position should have a University Degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or Marketing. You should have relevant experience with solid market knowledge with understanding of Traditional & Modern Trade. Good analytical and data reading skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is proactive with a high level of responsibility and accountability. The ability to work in a high-paced environment with multi-tasking and time-management skills is also crucial.

What You'll Do

- Ensure compliance to promotional guidelines and manage trade spend accrual process
- Design and implement an ROI framework and perform ROI analyses for planned initiatives
