Job Summary

Based in the Singapore headquarters office, this role reports to the VP/Head of Branding and Customer Experience, and is a valued member of the broader Group Strategic Communications & Branding team which comprises specialists in Communications, Branding and Digital Marketing.

As the Senior Executive, this role provides brand marketing support to the Vice President (VP) and Assistant Vice President (AVP) on a day-to-day basis, progressing and managing campaigns, sponsorships, strategies and initiatives related to Group-level branding and customer experience.

Job Description

Brand guardianship and support

  • Partner with other members of the Branding & Customer Experience team to safeguard and interpret the brand guidelines for regional and local applications and elevate overall branding excellence and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Communications team, Digital team, and Business Units, to execute Group-level strategies such as the social media and brand strategy.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Investor Relations and Internal Comms for leadership PowerPoint presentation decks, to optimise visual storytelling and drive excellence in data and content presentation.
  • Assist in the creation of collateral and templates in support of Group-led initiatives.


System utilisation and adoption of systems and tools

  • Support the other members of the Branding & CX team to drive increased adoption of key tools such as Aprimo DAM, Canva, Hootsuite and our NPS programme.
  • Conduct weekly active management of these abovementioned systems and programmes to progress improvements and enhancements.
  • Produce quarterly, simplified metrics reports to analyse the effectiveness of our adoption drives.


Annual report project coordination

  • Support the key point-person for the project management and execution of Frasers Property’s annual and sustainability reports.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for content and external stakeholders for production.
  • Support the creative production, liaising with agencies on thematic concepts and artwork production, including supporting photoshoots, review of extensive layout and copy.
  • Demonstrate your project management skills through your key communication throughout the multi-month, multi-layered project.


Customer experience

  • Support the VP and AVP to expand, refine and report on the Net Promoter Score surveys and metrics.
  • Support the team to share best practices and positive stories across the Business Units.


Campaign project management

  • Support the Project Lead for multi-market campaigns, sponsorships and projects, to ensure successful delivery within timelines and budget. Responsibilities include active management of project tracker, liaison with external agencies and internal stakeholders, reporting and insights, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support the management of campaign budgets and process invoices in alignment with Group financial procedures.
  • Liaise with Business Unit marketing teams on Group-led and joint initiatives.


Key Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with exposure to multiple geographic markets.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint. Medium-to-high proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Keen interest in social media, brand marketing and visual communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience working with / managing external agency relationships.
