Job scope:
- Prospecting, identifying and generating new business and generating additional business from existing customers.
- Implement an effective network for consistent growth and better market penetration.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, vendors and partners.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- To drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
- Provide information such as service needs, market conditions, promotional activities, business opportunities, sales trends, and competition strategies/activities on a regular basis in monthly reports and other written communications.
- Work with the Portfolio Head/Director to develop a marketing and relationship management plan focusing on the target clients.
- Set up the operation and marketing budget for promoting and delivering IT Training and corporate programs.
- Effectively manage customer expectations to ensure they are aligned with deliverables and timeline.
- Coordination with the support department for timely execution of business orders.
- Manage the sales process; lead generation; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the operations team.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Studies or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years sales or business development experience in training/education sector.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and delivering customer support in training/education sector.
- Proven success in your business development ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
