Role Description

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Manager to join our team full-time in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that amplify the Tin Box Group brand. You will craft compelling content, identify emerging trends, and curate unique storytelling approaches to promote our venues and services. Your work will directly impact brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote Tin Box Group’s brand, venues and services
  • Curate and produce engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, 小红书, email marketing, and more)
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, audience insights, and content opportunities
  • Organise and execute events, partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand presence
  • Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and media partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
  • Optimise content for SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies to maximise reach
  • Analyse campaign performance using data tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in content management and curation, marketing, or events management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing)
  • Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique and engaging content that stands out
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives
  • Experience in organising and executive events, including vendor and partnership collaborations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools like Google Analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required
  • Experience with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
