Process Design Engineer (Direct Contract) - JYOK
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant to design, develop, and manage customer journeys and processes within our service blueprint as part of a key organizational transformation project. Additionally, this role will drive technology innovation and strategic foresight to enable the organization to become more tech-enabled, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies.
Customer Journey & Service Design
- Design, develop, and manage customer journeys and internal processes as part of a comprehensive service blueprint.
- Collaborate with various departments and ICT teams to conceptualize, redesign, and implement policies and processes aimed at improving internal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and recommend operational concepts to support the delivery of services.
- Conceptualize product visions, development roadmaps, high-level user requirements, and user stories for new IT projects.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout projects.
Technology Innovation & Strategic Direction
- Research and analyze emerging technologies and trends to guide decision-making and influence future strategic direction.
- Develop and implement strategies to propel the organization toward becoming a tech-enabled, innovation-driven entity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in service design, business process re-engineering/improvement, and IT project management.
- Proficient in Human-Centered Design, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think from a systems perspective.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve complex problems.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong interpersonal skills, and political sensitivity. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and influence decisions.
