Job Summary

This role requires an individual who has an outgoing personality and excellent guest service skills to provide an unparalleled service experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand each guest’s needs and preferences to provide a personalized service.
  • Coordinate reservation requests with the team.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the guest experience journey.
  • Establishes and maintains positive customer contact at the restaurant.
  • Recognizing VIPs and regular guests.
  • Communicates guest’s comments to the Guest Relations Managers.
  • Actively seek feedback from guests to identify areas of improvement.
  • Communicates with management, Guest Relations Team, and Service Team on customer needs, comments, or incidents.
  • Responsible for the general upkeep of the restaurant and its facilities – identifying them to ensure all VIPs and guests are being always provided the best experience.
  • Identify VIP bookings to ensure that these are flagged with the operations team so that special requests and arrangements can be made by the relevant person(s).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the managers and senior management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B venues (restaurants, cafes, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like SevenRooms.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Self-starter with a positive, flexible attitude.

Working Hours:

  • 5-day workweek with shifts during restaurant dining hours, flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
