Corporate secretary and customer services
Job Responsibilities:
· Daily communication and business support with customers
· Communicate with bankers about customer account opening
· Company system IT support
· Other matters assigned by the supervisor
· Prepare, maintain, and update corporate Secretarial related documents and files
· Circulate corporate secretarial related documents for signatures
· Prepare and file annual returns, changes in company details, and other statutory forms with ACRA
· Keeping statutory records, including audited reports, names of company directors, shareholders and all resolutions
· Attend to striking-off of companies, employment pass applications, administration of CorpPass
· Draft Directors resolutions and filing with ACRA
· Provide general administrative support to the company secretary
Job Requirements:
· Candidates possess a diploma, degree or other professional qualification in business studies or Law
· Strong knowledge of Companies Acts
· Minimum 5 years corporate secretarial experience
· Proficiency in using ACRA’s Bizfile portal for electronic filings is a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Ability to multi-task and tight deadlines
· Good team player and positive attitude
· We have Chinese clients, and knowledge of English and Mandarin is essential
