Responsibilities:
Job Requirement:
- The candidate will conduct reactor-scale simulations for germanium (Ge) and SiC epitaxy processes.
- The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g., process development engineers, simulation software vendors, etc.) to analyse and resolve process-related challenges.
- The candidate will utilize commercial simulation software (e.g., CVDSim3D, VR CVD SiC, etc.) for reactor-scale simulation model development.
- The candidate should be proficient in independently creating reactor geometry files (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, FreeCAD, etc.) and developing simulation models based on them.
- Knowledge of programming in Python, C++, R, MATLAB, or similar software for data analysis is considered a plus.
Job Requirement:
- Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic semiconductor processes and equipment in the fields of Epitaxy and MOCVD.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Internship or work experience in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D is a plus.
