Are you passionate about people and eager to make a positive impact in a workplace? The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting our HR Manager across a range of HR functions that shape our Company culture and enhance employee experience at all lifecycle.

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the full spectrum of HR, not limited to; HR Support, Benefits Administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and other relevant functions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration and operations (90%):

1. HR Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR administrative functions.
  • Assist the HR Manager with all HR matters, initiatives, projects, and process improvements to enhance HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records (Personnel files, HRMS, HR trackers) and ensure confidentiality

2. General HR Admin:

  • Prepare all employment-related documents (employment, confirmation letters and others)
  • Coordinate with IT and Admin departments for logistics setup for new-joiners
  • Manage claims (dental, medical, membership, training) and liaise with Finance for record updates.
  • Handle NS Make-up Claims, Government-Paid Leave Claims, and foreign work pass applications.

3. Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, issue resolution, and inquiries with the insurance broker.
  • Prepare onboarding and benefits materials.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Address employee issues and escalate to the HR Manager when necessary.
  • Seek guidance and clearance from the HR Manager on all HR advisory matters before responding to queries.

5. Recruitment Support and Compliance:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Conduct due diligence (compliance screenings, salary verification, reference checks and other necessary checks as when required) and facilitate all HR onboarding documents.
  • Conduct the annual compliance screening on existing employees and liaise with Compliance Department on the annual fit and proper declaration for existing employees.

6. Employee Engagement:

  • Actively participate in the Staff Recreational Committee (SRC), collaborating with colleagues and departments to organise meaningful employee activities.
  • Support the HR Manager in liaising with internal/external stakeholders for all employee engagement activities.

Administrative Support (10%):

  • Provide backup support to the receptionist (including coverage during lunch and on leave).

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR executive/generalist or similar role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices is a plus
