We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a background in Information Technology, either through education or work experience. The ideal candidate should quickly grasp technical details, have 1–3 years of experience in IT Project Management, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactiveness, and a keen eye for detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing projects related to website and software/web application development. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Assist with pre-sales and post-sales project planning, including preparing pre-sales materials.
- Develop project plans, charters, and estimates, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate project teams, third parties, and vendors across multiple time zones.
- Manage scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate project management techniques.
- Assist with project setups like domain routing, hosting configurations and other matters during kick-off.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, requirement specs, UAT reports, final delivery reports, and user manuals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously (up to 50 projects at once).
- Conduct functionality and website testing to identify and resolve bugs before final delivery.
- Assist the sales team in documenting and liaising with clients for maintenance, hosting, and domain renewals.
- Collaborate effectively with product design and development teams.
- Some hands-on experience or understanding of:
- Software development (PHP/Python)
- Web design and development platforms (WordPress, CMS, Figma, Photoshop)
- Infrastructure management (AWS, VPS, cPanel, Plesk, DNS)
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management or software development roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proactive mindset—able to identify issues and recommend solutions.
