  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a meticulous Customer Service Officer to join our team in handling payments and transactions. If you enjoy active, hands-on roles away from the desk, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Accurately process payments at the assigned counter
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries
Assist with payment top-ups and administrative tasks as needed
Support additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
