  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Info:

Salary: Basic up to $3000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6:15pm)
Location: Tai Seng
4 Months Contract

Job Scope:


Invoicing all Local & Export shipments with proper documentation
AR Reconciliation and follow up
Reconcile bank ledgers for all group companies
Recording bank transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions in the accounting software and ensuring proper classification and categorization
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time


Job Requirements:


Professional certification in Accounting/Finance or a related field preferred
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (BC) and Microsoft Excel
