What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing and creating marketing materials, including staff eDMs, clinic and patient collateral, posters, and flyers
Sourcing, coordinating, and collaborating with vendors, including designers, printing companies, and corporate agencies for external purchases
Working with both internal and external stakeholders to develop visual and written content for the department
Assisting with the coordination and facilitation of internal and external filming and photoshoots
Supporting logistics and assisting with the organisation of corporate and staff events, such as event launches, media briefings, clinic visits, staff town halls, and other events
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma in Marketing/ Communications or related studies
Individuals with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
Strong communication and organisational skills
Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles is a plus but not required
