Job Responsibilities:
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing vendor contracts.
Providing administrative support to the project proposals team.
Negotiating and drafting contracts to maximize profitability, minimize risk, and close deals efficiently.
Conducting cost and price analysis and negotiating cost/pricing terms.
Acting as the primary point of contact, liaising with customers and subcontractors.
Managing subcontract and procurement documentation.
Preparing and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for projects.
Handling contract matters related to warranty issues.
Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Basic contracts or commercial law knowledge.
Able to converse in Mandarin to effectively communicate with China vendors.
Commercially orientated with a focus on meeting the company’s goals.
Have basic financial accounting knowledge.
