  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job summary:

Basic up to 3,600 (salary will commensurate with experience)
Eligible for June bonus (2 months) + December bonus (1 month)
Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM ; Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Working location at East region, Changi South

Job scope:

Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot workshop issues, and support daily operations.
Administer and track warranty submissions, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
Conduct warranty audits, monitor technical recalls, and report findings to principals.
Liaise with principals and cross-functional teams to analyze failures and propose solutions.
Develop and conduct technical training programs while supporting service contract evaluations.

Requirements:

NITEC (Automotive Engineering)
MS Office Skills & Maximo (advantageous)
Relevant experience 1-2 years in automotive repair and technical service, warranty administration with SOP and documentation, technical investigation and report writing
