  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description : Operations supervisors oversee all activity of a specific department or area in a company. They observe and analyze overall efficacy of the department and ensure things are moving smoothly. They also report their findings to upper management as needed. Operations supervisors report directly to the director of the department they supervise. They work full-time hours and may need to work overtime as needed to ensure their department hits previously-set goals. Operations supervisors may work in any number of different settings, depending on the industry in which they work.

Responsibilities

· Oversee efficiency of operational processes

· Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions

· Analyze business requirements and customer needs

· Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs

· Provide administrative support

Minimum Qualifications

· Must have at least 4 years experience in operations.

· Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS).

· Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

· Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.

· Communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.

· Guest-oriented and service-minded
