Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and emails promptly.
Issue quotations based on customer requirements, and follow-up on quotations & purchase orders
Create delivery & invoicing for daily shipments and coordinating with drivers/operations team
Review delivery orders and invoices to identify and address discrepancies prior to delivery
Compile and maintain accurate documentation and records for all billings
Update and manage the customer database to maintain accuracy and reliability
Monitor inventory records and ensure inventory information is up to date
Collaborate with the accounting team to support daily operational activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
