Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is an award-winning specialty coffee company with a state of the art roasting facility which also manage and run retail outlets, ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept, with focus on quality and service, online store through our website, and wholesale business serving corporate and cafes.

We are hiring for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our growing family. This position will be based in the roastery for both production work as well as logistic delivery to our cafes and wholesale accounts.

What do we expect from the candidate?

  • Extensive production & logistic experience in specialty coffee is preferred but not mandatory

  • Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with both internal and external customer and deliver great customer service experience

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a good driving record

  • Progressive career objective and motivate to learn and progress

  • Able to work independently and able to communicate effectively with team members
