  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage concierge tasks to enhance the overall guest experience
Assist guests with wayfinding throughout the premises
Offer personalized shopping suggestions based on guest preferences
Provide in-depth information on brand and product offerings
Inform passengers about current promotions and special deals
Respond promptly and professionally to retail inquiries from passengers
Communicate with passengers through in-person interactions, messages, video, and live chat
Ensure a personalized, enjoyable shopping experience for all passengers
Deliver exceptional customer service in all engagements
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as necessary to maintain smooth concierge operations

Key Requirements:

Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or retail
Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights
