Digital Solutions Executive
Job Purpose - An Digital Solutions Executive in the Operational Affairs Section (OAS) of the Charity Development Department (CDD) plays a crucial role in optimizing workflows, providing valuable analytical insights, and managing digitalization projects. The key responsibilities include workflow enhancement, data analysis, and overseeing digital transformation initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve workflows by identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and boost productivity.
- Conduct data analysis for budget management and charity services.
- Monitor key charity service and budget performance metrics.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the implementation and enhancement of new systems.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. (system review and enhancement)
- Conduct training sessions and offer operational support, including resolving login problems, password resets, and providing system functionality guidance to ensure user proficiency with new systems and features.
- Identify system errors, report issues to the technical team, and follow up on resolutions to ensure user satisfaction.
- Modify and configure basic workflows in the system (e.g., form routing, notifications) to ensure business requirements are met.(keep system up-to-date)
- Manage the WhatsApp Business Account to broadcast messages to charity volunteers, maintain and enhance the one-stop platform Charity Portal, and oversee user account management and issue reporting in the Charity Management System (CMS).
Job Requirements
- Possess 2-3 years in system management, data analysis, or digitalization projects and relevant working experience.
- Experience in VWO-related work is advantageous.
- Possess strong skills and experience in system implementation, data management, and digitalization projects, including data migration, cleaning, deployment, project timeline development, UAT coordination, and IT system support and enhancement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, provide clear instructions, and report on progress.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports, dashboards, and visualizing data.
