Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and address cost-related issues.
Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks related to costs and timelines.
Post-Project Evaluations: Conduct evaluations for final cost assessments.
Requirements
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
Experience: 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with interior design experience (Residential & Commercial).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of costs, contracts, and materials in interior design.
Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and contract administration.
Familiar with quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft).
Knowledge of local building regulations (Singapore standards).
Qualities: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
