Responsibilities:

Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks in either Electrical ,acmv, Mechanical and/or Building
Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon
Carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Attend to defects and customers complains promptly
Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently
Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor
Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems
Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking


Requirements:

Minimum NITEC in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Management or related field
Commit to rotating shifts
Experience in facilities maintenance or BMS field would be preferred
