Key Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR functions, with strong familiarity with contracts, payroll, and employment law in Singapore.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role within Singapore.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
Knowledge of performance management systems and processes.
