- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between bid management and service line teams.
- Ensure all bid projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on bid progress and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the bid process.
- Min Masters/Degree is required
- PMP Certification is Preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large and complex deals.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
- Experience in IT services and solutions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
