Job Summary:The Strategic Engagements, Large Deals, and Bid Management Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Bid Managers and Solution Architects to secure strategic deals for the company across South East Asia.This role involves managing the end-to-end bid process, coordinating with multiple service line teams, and developing winning strategies for large and complex IT services deals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bid management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the IT services industry.Job Responsibilities:Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Bid Managers and Solution Architects.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Bid Management:
  • Lead bid process for large and strategic deals from initial opportunity identification to final submission.
  • Oversee and enhance ways of working for the Bid Managers in other deals
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, quality gates and checkpoints and company standards.
  • Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and impact.
Strategic Engagements:
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic pursuits.
  • Develop pursuit strategies and win themes in collaboration with client and service line teams.
  • Lead post-bid reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve the bid process.
Collaboration with Service Lines:
  • Work closely with multiple service line teams to gather necessary information and inputs for bids.
  • Coordinate with service line leaders to align bid strategies with company capabilities and offerings.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between bid management and service line teams.
Project Management:
  • Ensure all bid projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on bid progress and performance metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the bid process.
Job Requirements
  • Min Masters/Degree is required
  • PMP Certification is Preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large and complex deals.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
  • Experience in IT services and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
