Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers on all matters and work with internal departments to ensure that customers requests are met
Handle customer audits
Suggest and/or carry out plans for quality improvements & cost reduction
Feedback all necessary information to relevant company departments to prepare
To assist them to achieve target of being customer’s preferred supplier and for their manpower or other planning purpose
Maintain regular contact with customers and potential customers to keep them
Respond to customer complaints and resolve any problems to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier
Requirements:
Min ‘A’ level / Diploma in manufacturing / engineering or related fields or equivalent
Min 2-3 years experience in sales or quality in manufacturing industries
Able to work with inter department members to support customer requests or requirements
Possess pleasant personality, be meticulous, well-organized, resourceful, full of initiative and professionalism, able to maintain confidentially, exercise tact and discretion
Able to handle multiple priorities, operate with minimum supervision and adaptable to changes in priorities and approaches in fast-paced environment and work overtime
Good communication and coordinating skills
